Who is NCIA?
The National Correctional Industries Association (NCIA) is an international nonprofit professional association whose mission is to promote excellence and credibility in Correctional Industries through professional development and innovative solutions that improve public safety, business operations, and successful reentry. The NCIA is an affiliate body of the American Correctional Association and the American Jail Association. NCIA’s members include state Correctional Industry agencies, Federal Prison Industries, county Jail Industry programs, and foreign Correctional Industry agencies. Private sector companies that work in partnership with Correctional Industries both as suppliers/vendors and as partners in apprenticeship and work programs are among NCIA’s members.

Exhibits cancellation deadline. Prior to January 24, 2025, the booth rental fee, less the non-refundable deposit of 25%, will be refunded. After January 24, 2025, no refunds will be made.

Deadline for ordering additional services and receiving the advance order discount from Fern Exposition & Event Services.

Exhibits must be completely installed by 3:00 PM. No exceptions!
April 16, 2025
Exhibit Hall closes at 1:30 PM. No booth is to be dismantled before 1:30 PM. An exhibitor who begins tear down prior to this time will jeopardize participation in future shows. Exhibit materials must be completely removed from the Exhibit Hall by 10:00 PM on April 16, 2025.

All sponsorships qualify your company for State Date, an experience where sponsors meet with state Correctional Industry representatives to discuss products, services, projects, or other matters.
What is State Date?
Want face-to-face time with your target audience? State Date is where NCIA arranges short sit-downs with several representatives from states of your choice. During State Date, you will rotate to a new table every few minutes to speak to a representative at another state. This allows you to meet, provide information, and develop contacts with several states. This valuable opportunity is exclusively available for exhibitors who sponsor or are current corporate plus members.

Planning Guide
Grab attendees' attention from the beginning – the planning guide is an essential tool for those interested in attending the conference. The brochure is released a few months before the conference and includes schedules, pricing, and other information needed to plan their trip. Include your company's ad in the brochure that everyone will download.

Program Book
Put your Ad in the hands of every attendee – the program book is the key to information for attendees on-site. Maps, schedules, workshops, information about conference content, and more will be referred to throughout the four-day-long event. Include your company's ad where it will be seen multiple times.

Conference Emails
Have attendees see your ad multiple times– the conference emails contain important information for attendees to plan their trip, schedule, and see what’s happening at the conference. We send at least 8 emails and have three placement options. Place your ad at the top for the premium leaderboard, embedded right under the first piece of content, or in the body of the email.
